Junior Secondary Section

The junior secondary level (Grade 7 – 9) serves as a transitional stage for learners, preparing them for the senior secondary level while creating a foundation for enriching learning experiences across different subject areas.

In this section, students learn English, Mathematics, Pre-technical studies, Kiswahili, Integrated Science, Social Studies, Business Studies, Agriculture, Religious Education, Health Education, Sports, Physical Education and Life Skills Education.

In line with the curriculum requirements, the optional subjects we offer our students are I.C.T, French, Home science, and Performing Arts. The optional subjects add a key component to the pathway choice they will pick in Senior school and thereafter in their career.

Empowering Education: Fostering Independence and Industry Exposure at ‘Sirua Aura School’

At ‘Sirua JSS’ learners are encouraged to own their learning process through conducting research projects and presentations.They also do individual practicals and exploration.

Through this, students are exposed to industrial tasks enhancing their understanding of the subject matter by bridging the gap between theory and practice. These hands-on experiences provide valuable insights and enable students to grasp the concepts more deeply.
